I love braids. They are nearly always in style, and they are so classic, feminine, and just so pretty - especially in an updo. This one is actually a high braid that was tucked under to create this sort of braid/chignon. My mother likes to experiment with my hair, and whenever she gets time and when we are getting ready for an event, or just a casual day out, she always creates a unique, wonderful hairstyle. She created this one for me the other day, and I am learning it right now. I think that it will be a fantastic alternative to wearing a bun for dance class, as well as a great hairstyle for back-to-school!
