I'm back with another tutorial today, this one being a classic with an edge take on the winged eyeliner. Prom season is here and I have to admit that I did draw some inspiration from the sparkly dresses that everyone seems to wear, but I wanted to make sure that this look wouldn't look too crazy and instead be a classic but modern take on a pretty evening look.
